Sliced Radishes with Basil Garlic Vinaigrette

1 bunch radishes, leaves removed, radishes thinly sliced

2 cups basil leaves

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

¼ cup olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Add the basil, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and olive oil to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add black pepper and more salt to taste. 


Arrange sliced radishes on a large plate or platter and drizzle with the dressing. Save any remaining dressing to use on green salads, roasted veggies, and grilled tofu!
